Philip Samman 

Philip Samman was appointed General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Yellow Pages Canada in August 2025, bringing nearly a decade of in-house legal expertise. A trusted advisor to the executive team, he provides strategic, business-focused counsel that supports the company’s growth and operational priorities.

Previously Director of Legal Affairs, Mr. Samman now oversees legal, compliance, HR, and procurement functions, ensuring practical, solutions-driven support across the organization. He holds Civil Law (LL.L.) and Common Law (J.D.) degrees from the University of Ottawa, as well as a B.A. from Concordia University.
